Your self catering holiday home here in Ardnastang Bay is 1.5 miles west of the village of Strontian on the shores of Loch Sunart.

Tigh an Uillt is a comfortable and cosy cedar lodge and is an ideal base for exploring this wild, unspoilt and rugged area that is Ardnamurchan. You can see the sea from the verandah and a burn runs by the side of the house which is guaranteed to soothe you to sleep after a busy day exploring.

You will enjoy comfortable beds, a spacious sitting room and a well equipped kitchen to provide everything you need for a great holiday. There is ample parking for up to three cars in the driveway and secure storage for bikes and kayaks if required.
Bring your boat if you have one - there are numerous slipways around the peninsula for launching.

Strontian was an 18th century mining town which gave its name to the element strontium which was discovered in the lead mines in the hills behind the house. Of the many walking tracks around the village one starts right next to Tigh an Uillt and goes to Loch Shiel past the mines in the hills!
